Engineer Troy Galloway provided excellent direction on the type of repair that was required by code. He even explained the type of contractor we needed to make the repairs. His expert advise was very valuable and much appreciated.

Troy Galloway went above and beyond. He gave me detailed information on findings during and after my home buyer inspection in late 2020. He walked through the entire property with me, a gut rehab 120-year-old home.

This is my first house and he gave me lots of pointers on what to watch for and how to operate the home in general, beyond the inspection. I had many questions and he answered them all. The report he provided helped me to negotiate some additional fixes from the seller, things I didn’t even know existed or how to ask for.
